President Trump is
the final decision maker
It certainly seems as if the New York Times and its satellites cannot think of a positive thing to say about the president.
Tulsi Gabbard testified in Congress, in the “unenviable” position of squaring Trump’s comments with the opinion of an aide. Only one person was elected president. That person is the final decision maker.
He can take advice from whomever he prefers, but ultimately, when deciding if, for example, Iran is an imminent threat, if he doesn’t make the final decision, who does? What needs to be “squared” there?
There was a disagreement between an employee and his boss. The boss got his way. Anything wrong?
We’ve seen what happens when the president delegates decision making to subordinates. Watched quite a lot of it, in fact, between 2021 and 2025. No one knows who made decisions. No one was accountable.
Mysterious and unelected “aides” with no official or constitutional authority made very important decisions without anyone, even those in the administration, knowing who did it.
I know the Times would prefer unnamed “experts” to be making decisions. I wouldn’t. And the Constitution certainly wouldn’t.

Is a ‘major depression’
in America’s future?
Trump will soon find out that when one corners a rabid nation and threatens it with annihilation, it will use every means it has to strike back even if it knows it cannot survive.
It is my opinion that Iran will never surrender. They will fight until there are no more weapons or people to fight. Trump fails to see Iran’s history and their national pride.
Trump’s war will not end soon or easily. It will cost more than our nation can pay. It will cost lives and treasure and international respect and credit.
When America exhausts itself on this war (again) and it drags on and on, China and Russia will annex Ukraine and Taiwan, and the U.S. will be unable to send its military to stop them.
America is bankrupt. If the nations that gave and give us credit simply stop buying our debt and start selling our treasuries, this nation will go into a prolonged major depression and inflationary spiral. Other nations will stop giving credit to our nation.
Things are expensive now? What happens when dollars stop being enough to cover our bills as a nation or as individuals?
This war is exposing our major weakness: We are broke and can’t pay our debts.
Government, commerce and individuals have overspent for decades using fake money from the printing press.
Trump has exposed our financial nakedness to the world.
This will end in tears.
