Sandra May Abejon Kendrick, 73, of Volcano, formerly of Waimanalo, Oahu, died Dec. 11 at home. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired vice-president at Waterworks 91直播 and worked at Attco Inc. in Honolulu before becoming a family caregiver. Survived by husband, Edward Kendrick of Volcano; children, Matthew (Kristie) Nagato of Honolulu, Jason Subica of Volcano, Shannon (Erick) Subica-Deponte of Mountain View and Terilyn “Tara” (Rogelio) Equihua-Sanchez of Laupahoehoe; brothers, Jose Abejon Jr. and Abraham (Allison) Abejon of Waimanalo; half-brothers, Joenar (Sheryl) Abejon of Washington, McDonald Abejon of Nevada and Norjay (Kelii Matsumoto) Abejon Waipahu, Oahu; 11 grandchildren, plus great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Robert Harold Krause, 53, of Ocean View died Dec. 9 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Portage, Wis., he was the road superintendent for Rancho Road maintenance in Ocean View, a welding trainer for John Deere, a front-end AC Value Center supervisor in Cordova, Alaska, former operator of Anderson Island Fishing Lodge to Key West, Fla., avid deep-sea fisherman, multiple bass tournaments champion and Army National Guard Reserve veteran. Services at a later date. Survived by wife, Christine Krause of Ocean View; daughters, Haley Sloane of Washington and Hannah Krause of Phoenix; stepchildren, Benjamin Grzyb of Tok, Alaska, Brandon Grzyb of Biloxi, Miss., and Amanda Grzyb of Thompson, Conn.; four grandchildren.
