Geraldo Gayorgor Arboleda, 84, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 8 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, Philippines, he was a retired sales associate for Walmart Store in Kailua-Kona, a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and the Kona Visayan Club. Visitation will be held at 9 a.m., Feb. 12 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Kailua-Kona. Mass at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Kona Memorial Park in Holualoa. Casual attire. Survived by wife, Anita Arboleda of Kailua-Kona; sons, Allan Arboleda of Kailua-Kona, Wendell (Therese Mae) Arboleda of Liliuokalani, Ramir Arboleda and Jonathan (Faith) Arboleda of Kailua-Kona; daughter, Gery- anne Arboleda of Kailua-Kona; brother, Eduardo (Dulce) Arboleda; and sister, Delma Salatandre of Philippines; 4 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Dr. Judith “Fitz” Fitzgerald

Dr. Judith “Fitz” Fitzgerald, 74, of Captain Cook died Dec. 24 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Born in Pennsylvania, she was a medical director for 91直播 County Emergency Services Bureau and emergency room physician at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Survived by life partner, Herbert Taylor of Captain Cook. A celebration of life will be held from 3:30 p.m. until sunset on Sunday (Feb. 1) at Judy’s farm located at 83-5659 Rock Bottom Road, Captain Cook, last farm on the left.
